Tips for meetings across time zones

Questions

What's the best time for a meeting between North America and Europe?

Usually 9 to 11 a.m. Eastern, which is 2 to 4 p.m. in London and 3 to 5 p.m. in Paris for most of the year. For the US West Coast, 8 or 9 a.m. Pacific is the only overlap with a European afternoon.

Does the planner handle daylight saving time?

Yes. It uses your browser's time zone rules for the exact date you choose, including weeks when countries change their clocks on different dates.

Can I share a set of cities?

Yes. Click Copy link. The link keeps your cities, the date and 12 or 24-hour time.

Is it free?

Yes. No sign-up, nothing to install. It runs in your browser.
