Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of OnePane at onepane.page. OnePane is operated by 2395145 Ontario Inc., doing business as SMW Digital, based in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using OnePane, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Your account

You need an account to use OnePane. Give us a valid email address and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that's higher.

2. Free trial and subscription

• Free trial: new accounts get a 7-day free trial. No payment details are needed for the trial.
• Price: after the trial, OnePane costs $9.99 per year in US dollars, or $9.99 per year in Canadian dollars for customers in Canada, plus any applicable taxes. The price is shown before you pay.
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews every year at the then-current price until you cancel. We'll give you notice before any price change takes effect.
• Payment: payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as the reseller or merchant of record for your purchase and handles sales taxes. Stripe's terms also apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your full card number.
• Cancel anytime: cancel from Preferences → Subscription → Manage billing. Your access continues until the end of the year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Refunds: if you're not happy, contact us through the support form within 14 days of being charged and we'll refund that charge. After that, payments aren't refundable except where the law requires. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
• If payment fails or your trial ends: we may pause access until you subscribe. Your settings are kept so you can pick up where you left off.

3. Using OnePane

You may use OnePane for your own personal or internal business use. Please don't:

• break the law, or use OnePane to harm others;
• try to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours, or interfere with how OnePane runs;
• use OnePane's servers to fetch content you're not allowed to access, or to overload other websites;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or access it with automated tools beyond normal use.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close your account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we'll refund the unused part of your subscription.

4. Your content and connected services

Your notes, bookmarks, calendar links and settings are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run OnePane for you. If you connect another service, such as a Microsoft account or a calendar link, you confirm you're allowed to, and that service's own terms apply. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party information

Weather, news, aviation weather, calendar and other information shown in widgets comes from third parties. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we don't control it. Aviation weather is for situational awareness only and is not an official briefing; always get an official weather briefing before you fly. Don't rely on OnePane for safety-critical decisions.

6. Changes to the service

We keep improving OnePane and may add, change or remove features or data sources. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you've paid for, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of your subscription.

7. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep OnePane running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to OnePane is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using OnePane at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact us through the support form. Sections 5, 7, 8 and 11 continue to apply after your account ends.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using OnePane after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in Ontario handle any disputes, unless the consumer laws where you live give you the right to go to your local courts.
